About Me
Supporting your body's natural rhythm of healing
My journey into alternative therapy began after spending time in Australia. While I was there, I noticed a very different approach to health and wellbeing. People weren't so quick to for medication and instead looked at the body as a whole—how everything is connected and how true healing often starts from. That experience really opened my eyes.
I became fascinated by the body's natural ability to heal itself and started exploring a more holistic way of supporting health. During that time, I stumbled upon CranioSacral Therapy, and I absolutely fell in love with it my very first module in the course. The more I learned, more I wanted to know.
CranioSacral Therapy felt gentle yet powerful, deeply calming yet incredibly effective. I continued to study and train, learning how subtle changes in the body can bring about profound shifts in how we feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Now, as a practitioner and mother to my beautiful little girl, I've come to appreciate even more how important balance, connection, and self-care truly are. This therapy has shaped how I myself and my family every day.
My goal is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body's own natural rhythm—so you can feel more at ease, more grounded, and more yourself. Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about my journey. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you on your path to wellbeing.
Warmly, Grace
